Current Eevents of August

                     On August 9th the shooting of an unarmed Michael Brown occurred.  Michael's friend says that Michael refused to move to the sidewalk from in the middle of the street. Michael was shot when his hands were over his head. it was said that Brown was shot six times, including twice in the head. On the 10th after Michael's candlelight protestors started an uproar. That reached outside of chicago and reach many other states over social media. African Americans and Caucasians along with many other races were involved and some harmed. The uproar lasted for a week then slowly calmed down.
                     Around the time of the aftermath of Brown's murder Robin Williams, a well known actor, committed suicide on August 11th. It was said that he overdosed on pills
                   On August 22 the U.S. Justice Department attorneys inform Judicial Watch, the group suing over the Internal Revenue Scandal, that Lois Lerner's emails are not missing as stated in 2011. In fact, the Justice Department Attorneys say they have copies of every electronic message ever sent from Lerner, the IRS official who is a key figure in the IRS Scandal that sought tax-exempt status. The Judicial Watch is now asking for the release of those emails.


                    

Current Events of October

              Secret Service Director Resigns after the White House Security Breach on Oct.1. Julia Pierson, resigned days after the House committee hearing examined how the U.S. Secret Service failed to prevent the intrusion into the White House last month and uncovered other lapses in security.
               Law enforcement in the U.S. shut down the Silk Road, an internet marketplace for various illegal activities including the illicit drug trade, and arrested its alleged principal, Ross Ulbricht.
              

Currents Events of September

           Sport teams are causing a sudden uproar in America, dealing with domestic violence. On September 8th Videos of Baltimore Raven Ray Rice supposedly hitting his fiance Janay Palmer in the face were featured on TMZ. He was later suspended for two NFL games.
          In other news on September 19th the White House had a sudden breach in security. A man by the name of Omar Jose Gonzalez was caught running through the white house grounds carrying a knife. He was captured Virginian police. There was a meeting held later concerning how  the U.S. Secret Service failed to prevent the intrusion.
         U.S Attorney General Eric Holder resigned on September 25th. After six years as the nation's first African American attorney general, Eric Holder is resigning. However, According to White House officials, He will keep the title until his successor takes his place. He is the fourth-longest serving attorney general in U.S. history. 
       On Sepetember 30th Ebola made its way into the united states.  The first case of Ebola to be diagnosed in the United States was from a person who had traveled to Dallas, Texas from West Africa. The patient did not have symptoms when leaving West Africa, but developed symptoms approximately five days after arriving in the United States.
